The last day at the 2010 World Rowing Junior Championships in Racice, Czech Republic featured racing in eight finals and at the end of the day a number of significant marks had been achieved. Azerbaijan earned their first medal ever at a junior world event. Switzerland earned their first gold medal in 16 years at a junior event and the United States earned their first medal in the men’s single in 36 years.
