World Water Day

Today is World Water Day and throughout the world people are reflecting on our use of water. As rowers we know the importance. We could not do our sport without it and furthermore we have an acute awareness of the water quality.

This year World Water Day is focusing on water and urbanisation. Access to fresh water has become a major issue in the world today with more than a billion people worldwide lacking access to clean drinking water.
